Maven 国内仓库

Maven官方中央仓库在国内访问实在是太鸡肋。阿里的仓库同步官方仓库不是很及时，所以存在新更新的包无法自动导入的情况，经过在全网一番精心寻找，终于找到一个和maven官网仓库差不多同步的maven仓库，并且测试在国内的下载速度不是很慢。
