Ubuntu下的火狐浏览器没有flash player 插件的支持。首先前往官网下载插件。
选择相应的linux系统，下载.tar.gz文件并解压。在解压出的文件夹中，可以找到readme.txt文件。在其中可以找到安装提示。
Installation instructions

Installing using the plugin tar.gz:
o Unpack the plugin tar.gz and copy all the files to /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/
Installing the plugin using RPM:
o As root, enter in terminal:
+ # rpm -Uvh <rpm_package_file>
+ Click Enter key and follow prompts
也就是说，对于.tar.gz文件，我们只需要将解压后文件夹中的所有文件移动至/usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/目录下。
所以应该在解压完成的目录下使用命令：
sudo mkdir /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin
sudo cp -i * /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/
sudo cp -r LGPL /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/
