1. 报错如下：
[ERROR] Error executing Maven. [ERROR] 1 problem was encountered while building the effective settings [FATAL] Non-parseable settings D:\ChengXu\maven\apache-maven-3.5.2\conf\settings.xml: end tag name </settings> must match start tag name <mirrors> from line 50 (position: TEXT seen ...</activeProfiles>\n\t\n</settings>... @107:12) @ D:\ChengXu\maven\apache-maven-3.5.2\conf\settings.xml, line 107, column 12
2. 执行 mvn install -Dmaven.test.skip=true 也一直不成功。
3. 原因： maven 的配置文件 setting.xml 有错。
在配置文件中多了一行：<mirrors> 导致配置文件的格式不正确。
4. 去掉多的这一行，保证 setting 文件配置正确，就好了。
