重启mysql服务器 （/etc/init.d/mysql stop /etc/init.d/mysql start）
报错：mysql.service: Service hold-off time over, scheduling restart.
执行： chown mysql:mysql -R /var/lib/mysql
/etc/init.d/mysql start
启动成功。。。
