「Unable to Connect to GitHub.com For Cloning」
Error: Command failed: git -c core.longpaths=true config --get remote.origin.url
[e-mail]: Permission denied (publickey).

此处原因应该是因为网络无法透过git://方式将package download下来
github/gitee clone/push等权限不足可以尝试重新配置密钥或更换git的Down方式

清除缓存： npm cache clear
告诉git Download方式为： git config --global url."https://".insteadOf git:// 

如果执行以上两条还有WARN警告，可尝试更新NPM版本
更新npm版本：npm install -g npm(npm 新版本中无需使用clear命令)
