django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: mysqlclient 1.3.13 or newer is required; you have 0.9.3.解决办法

"E:\API_Manager_PlatForm\venv\lib\site-packages\django\db\backends\mysql\base.py"在这个路径里件把base.py
if version < (1, 3, 3):
     raise ImproperlyConfigured("mysqlclient 1.3.3 or newer is required; you have %s" % Database.__version__) 

注释掉 就行了

 

另一个问题

AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'decode'

解决方法1：把decode改为encode即可。

解决思路2：
根据问题提示，意思是，属性错误:“str”对象没有属性“decode”
