我碰到这个问题时，解决办法就是在目录
C:\Users\xxx(自己的用户名)\.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\shared\maven-filtering\1.0-beta-2中，把带.lastUpdated后缀名的文件删除，然后更新项目或者重启，就没有问题了。
