Linux 环境下使用python 调用R环境, rpy2需要配置R的环境变量
- 查看R_HOME所在路径
Sys.getenv('R_HOME') >>> /usr/local/lib64/R
2.1 添加永久环境变量(所有用户),添加在文件末尾
vi /etc/profile
> export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib64/R/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
source /etc/profile
2.2 当前用户
vi ~/.bashrc
> export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib64/R/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
source ~/.bashrc
