函数讲解：

strtotime() 函数：将任何英文文本的日期或时间描述解析为 Unix 时间戳（自 1970 1月 1日 00:00:00 GMT 起的秒数）。

date() 函数：可把时间戳格式化为可读性更好的日期和时间，类似于MySQL中的date_format()。

mktime()函数：函数返回日期的 Unix 时间戳，参数顺序为mktime(h,i,s,m,d,y)。
