当你输入wget https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.5.2/Python-3.5.2.tgz时，

当wget出现

Unable to establish SSL connection

这时你需要安装：

# sudo apt-get install libssl-dev

当wget出现

Can’t connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available 

你需要安装：

# sudo apt-get install openssl
