ffmpeg 音频转码

使用ffmpeg.exe 将wav音频文件转码为MP3和MP4

1、转码为MP3

" -i " + fromFilePath + " -f mp3 -acodec libmp3lame -y  " + toPathFileName;

2、转码为ogg

" -i " + fromFilePath + " -f ogg -acodec libvorbis  -y  " + toPathFileName;

Vorbis是一个由 Xiph.Org基金会领导的 免费的开源软件项目。该项目为 有损 音频压缩生成 音频编码格式和软件参考编码器/解码器（ 编解码器）。Vorbis通常与 Ogg  容器格式 ^[7]结合使用，因此它通常被称为 Ogg Vorbis。
