导入TensorFlow报错

使用Anaconda安装的Python3.5环境，导入TensorFlow时出现如下错误：

解决办法：安装Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 。不再报错。

啊这个不是导入失败，应该是字符格式。输出字符的时候，会在行前有一个b，比如b'Hello TensorFlow!'

在打印行加上.decode()就可以解决了，如下：

print(sess.run(hello).decode())

Hello TensorFlow!
