启动was：
首先要运行 F:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\bin\startManager.bat 这个bat文件；
其次再运行 F:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\hemsSrv\bin\startServer.bat
和 F:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\hemsSrv\bin\startNode.bat 这两个bat文件，这样was就启动完毕了；
关闭was 则刚好相反：
要先运行 F:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\hemsSrv\bin\stopNode.bat
和 F:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\hemsSrv\bin\stopServer.bat 这两个文件
最后运行 F:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\bin\stopManager.bat 这个文件，这样was就关闭了；
在重启was时，有时服务器会直接重启
以上应该是windows上的，linux下的was直接用startServer.sh和stopServer.sh就可以了。 如果停止时有问题，就通过kill杀进程的方式停止服务。
