的解决办法是 在 

  build\webpack.base.conf.js

将 resolve添加

resolve: {
  extensions: ['.js', '.vue', '.json'],
  alias: {
    'vue$': 'vue/dist/vue.esm.js',
    '@': resolve('src'),
    'common': resolve('src/common')
  }
},
