python3.4 .whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.解决办法

之前一直在用python3.6版本，安装各种轮子非常顺利。

之后为了连接mysql 57数据库，改到python3.4.4。安装轮子出现以下问题：

pygame-1.9.3-cp34-cp34m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

 

 

度娘了很久没有找到很好的解决办法，google到最上面的一秒钟解决。
