1，先确定用激活工具或者激活码激活激活不可用。推荐一款激活工具windows Loader（需要安装.net环境）。
2，不能激活，查看服务中Software Protection服务是否可以启动。
3，如果没有启动尝试启动，能启动之后再启动SPP Notification Service，重新执行激活。如若不能，打开注册表，删除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\sppsvc.exe，然后再启动Software Protection服务和SPP Notification Service服务，用激活工具激活；
4，如果删除sppsvc.exe重启服务器后，可能还会状态不可用产品ID不可用，只需要删除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\sppsvc.exe就好，
5，如果身边有正常的一个系统的电脑，把正常的服务器中的HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\sppsvc导出sppsvc项为.reg文件，然后复制到有问题的电脑，双击运行，然后启动Software Protection服务和SPP Notification Service，用激活工具激活。
