在ionic2开发中，用android studio 打包apk的时候出现DELETE_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR Error while Installing APK。

解决方案：
Android Studio > Settings> Build, Execution, Deployment > Instant Run > Uncheck : Enable Instant Run
