在使用nodemanager启动受管服务器时，报错

解决方法：1、看日志，确定错误原因：因为安全加密的问题配置节点管理器的时候 最好走 普通的监听；
修改：/usr/local/odrive/odrive_chen/Middleware/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager

3、最后重启weblogic和nodemanger服务
无报错
