- 300mA,Ultra-Low Noise,Ultra-Fast CMOS LDO Regulator.
- <0.01uA Standby Current When Shutdown.
- 2.5V~5.5V Input Voltage.
SD8017
- 4.2V Li-Ion电池恒流恒压充电芯片.
- 可编程充电电流，最大可达800mA.
- 20uA Supply Current in Shutdown.
- 5-Lead SOT-23.
- When the battery is charging, the CHRG pin is pulled low by an internal N-channel MOSFET.
- After the charging is completed, this pin is pulled low by internal N-channel MOSFET
