有的eclipse在perferences-》General-》Network connection设定代理后，仍不能连接网络下载jar。解决方法：在eclipse.ini下面加：
-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.excludeContributors=org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient
-Dhttp.proxyPort=8080（your port）
-Dhttp.proxyHost=192.168.19.200（your IP）
-Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=localhost|127.0.0.1（排除localhost，和127.0.0.1使用proxy）
-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.excludeContributors=org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient
-Dhttp.proxyPort=8080
-Dhttp.proxyHost=myproxy
-Dhttp.proxyUser=mydomain\myusername
-Dhttp.proxyPassword=mypassword
