問題描述：改了一個頁面，發現進入這個頁面的時候就一直在load ，F 看了一下，發現報了這個錯誤TypeError: .tooltip is not a function，然后我就百度了一下，發現都不怎么對應，即使個別的對應，也全是英文的，ok，英文的也沒問題，我看了看發現那些英文的給出的解決辦法也不好用，甚至都不搭邊，然后仔細看了Console說是有個有個..mini.js有問題，但是我該粘貼的 ...
